Sunflowers ...

I'm learning a new editing program that works with my new HD camera. I hope to have this down by the next storm season. Can't wait for Spring 2011!

Big Jack!

When I was out storm chasing near Pampa today - i thought I saw a dog (about the size of your average cocker spaniel) walking through the tall grass. I focused my camera on it -thinking it might be a coyote and was surprised to see it was a jack rabbit! This was the biggest rabbit I have ever seen. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the photo to give it scale - but it was huge - and as a result -unafraid.

A great e-book about tornadoes for your kids!

Mekay's 1st life is the story of a little girl, he grandfather, a farm cat named Mekay and their encounter with coyotes and tornadoes.
